Lord of the Rings

Description: The Lord of the Rings class will introduce different aspects of miniature gaming to students. The students will assemble highly detailed models and learn the techniques to paint them at a high level. They will be taught how to incorporate shadows, light sources, into their painting as well as different painting techniques such as blending and dry brushing. After successful modeling and painting the students will learn to play the Battle for Middle Earth Strategy Game. This game is excellent for increasing student’s knowledge of percentages, probability and to help them with logic and strategic planning.
